Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Mous packaging and ensure all accessories are included before sealing the shipping box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned tech, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
